The Silly Side

Lets face it, this is a really important forum for us and we need to express our sadness sometimes, and our lonliness sometimes, but, I think we can all use a little humor sometimes too.

I thought it would be nice to share some funny moments you shared with your sweetheart when you were together (or, if you haven't yet been together IRL, then something that's made you laugh online or on the phone.) Anyway, I've been wanting to tell someone about an incident that happened when Addy was here, and you guys are just the right ones to appreciate it. So, here's the first of, I hope many, silly story.

Ok, well, for any of you who have had the distinct pleasure of being in love with a very sexy, energetic young man, you probably can relate to this. It happened that we were making love one day at the hotel, and well, things were very, very heated up. With complete abandonment, we were having, to put it mildly, the time of our lives!:D ;) . Anyway, there we were in the throws of passion when suddenly an enormous crash and "BOOM" there went the headboard! Can you believe it? We broke the bed!!!! The headboard happend to be a very large one indeed! LOL, in retrospect it is hysterical, but at the moment, it was more like shocking. The headboard had completely broken off its hinges and was now on the bed with us. How neither of us got hurt I don't know (it was really heavy), but the humor in the whole scene is just too funny to every forget! We spent a long time trying to get that thing back up to somehow appear normal, but let me just say that it wasn't easy! It was certainly a moment to remember. So there you have it. Whenever I think about it, I like to say "We brought down the house!!!" WOW!! :D

Sometimes sex can leave people looking as if they had been to a battle. I know, we have been there some weeks ago!

One evening after riding the motorbike all day, we went back home and dressed nicely, I put on a short silk skirt, a sleevless top, and Jay was all dressed in black, Armani and everything. He was very sexy. We had decided to go to this nice restaurant some friend had talked about at work, and when we took the road to go there, even the road was wonderful. It was one of those evenings after a very hot day, when the air is still hot and the storms are yet to begin. A warm wind was blowing and we felt as if we were in some tropical island! The restaurant, in the middle of the woods, was a big wooden structure with big glass windows and surrounded by beautiful trees that were bending with the wind. The whole atmosphere was romantic. There were candles everywhere and no strong lights. We had a fine meal, I had wine... for those of you who know me, I get drunk with two drops of anything alcoholic! The "foreplay" had been going on all day long, but with the little bit of alcohol I had, it took me very little to forget everything around me. I went to the ladies room and almost invited him in! Me, the bacteria freak! ;) I am glad I didn't, it proves I keep some kind of self control even after half a glass of wine...

Jason took me home (wise man) and in the car I started to attack him. He could hardly drive (he didn't drink any alcohol, being the responsible sweetie he is), I could hardly keep my hands off him. We got home and the fun continued. It was such a crazy, wonderful night, no holding back on anything we wanted, no embarassement (there were so few anyway), we just entered each other's secret world as only true lovers are able to.

Next day when I looked around, everything was turned upside down and out of place. There were clothes everywhere. Videotapes, videocamera, underwear, shoes, from the kitchen to the living room, through the music room, the bathroom and our bed, everything was touched by some kind of love hurricane. I had marks on my body and Jason had been attacked by some cat, there were still the scratches in his back (I don't remember having ever done this in my life!). Two days later I had to go to the local hospital to treat a UTI, results of bike riding, the love battle and the wine, but it was worth it...

LOL sunlover02! That is indeed funny. It made me laugh so hard. Thank you! And Maria, don't you just love that craziness? So talking about craziness, here is a story.

After a crazy night of passionate love making, Jimmy went home in the morning with a few bruises (from biting) and scratches all over his body, primarily on his back. I don't know what had gotten into me - I had never acted like that before - but whatever it is, let's just say we're both glad it has gotten into me many times since. :P

At some point during the following day, Jimmy's mom walked into his room while he had no shirt on and went "Oh my God, Jimmy! What on Earth happened to you?!" Embarrassed and not willing to get into the details, he casually replied (*cough* lied *cough*) that he had gone "bush jumping"!# I'm not sure she fell for it since with a second look you could easily tell those were bite marks, but it doesn't matter. To this day, we laugh at that incident. Plus, we have this inside joke now - that I am about to share with you - when we tease each other about wanting to go "bush jumping". :D

________
#For those of you who don't know what bush jumping is, many teenagers these days enjoy jumping bushes - the other kind. ; )

Maria!!! I'm shocked!!! ;) All I can say is "WHAT KIND OF WINE WAS IT"??? I'd like to buy several cases!!!!! That is a very funny story and I'm glad you shared it. I wonder however, if it was the wine or just your hot bf? Hmmm maybe a little of both.

Elle, lol, bush jumping is certainly a good term for it! It was quick thinking, but I'm sure his mother got the picture - Oh yeah. lol

I don't know girls.....I have a feeling wildness runs ramped around these threads! :D

I don't have anything that can compete with your stories. But, Remi and I had so much fun laughing at so many silly moments that I can't begin to tell you them all. But, one funny moment had to do with our language differences.

On our last night there together, we were packing our things. Because I had bought some gifts for his family, he needed an additional bag to carry stuff in. He bought a backpack. Well, he proceeded to cram all sorts of stuff into it, including a HUGE stack of magazines that we had picked up during our time there. Well, magazines can get quite heavy. I bet that thing weighed 25-30 lbs by the time it was full. You should have seen him struggling to get that backpack on his back.

So, I laughed out loud and said, "I bet those magazines come out of there in no time." He said, "what?" So, I repeated it. He said, "what?" again. So, I said, "I bet you lose those magazines." He still had a very confused look on his face. It was becoming clear that the expressions I was using were just not making sense to him.

So, I jokingly said, "don't you speak english?" He said, "yeah, but I don't understand it." LOL :D

Yes, sunlover, he does have a wonderful sense of humor. The best part of this is that I captured that moment on video tape. I laugh so hard each time I watch that tape because he is such a comedian. :)

Sunlover,

This is a cute thread. Congrats!

Most of our moments have been really, really sweet, not hysterically funny. I guess it's just kind of how we as a couple are. We have these little but precious moments, you know?

One time we were on the floor coloring (yes coloring, lol), in a spiderman book that we bought as a joke in a dollar store. He lives in a very rural area and they have no cable tv, movies, bowling lanes, etc. So you have to resort to old fashioned things to keep yourself amused.

He started coloring on my page, I, of course, had to color on his. You knew things were gonna start to get out of hand pretty soon. Then he looked and me and said, 'Why did you do that, laughing, and I picked up a red crayon and proceeded to color his nose! He just sat their smiling, lol.

I had to kiss him after rubbing noses, of course! Then we just laughed hysterically about the whole matter.

He's just so darn sweet!

That was cute, bub! I love when we can be silly with our lover! Life is just too serious sometimes, and not everybody understands that being an adult doesn't mean you have to lose your innocence...

We had wonderful weather in NH when I was there. It was as if Spring had never had a chance and we went directly into summer! We bought a pair of those tenis rackets made of cheap material, just to enjoy the beautiful afternoon in the garden behind the house. We went to play and boy, were we bad!

We decided that if we couldn't hit the ball at least five times without missing it, we wouldn't have dinner. We were both very hungry and had already ordered a pizza!

It took us about 20 minutes and Jason even tried to cheat on the counting, but we did it. We had our pizza, lots of good laugh and a wonderful exercise!

I can only imagine how really adorable it must have been to be coloring together. I love it! It is really sweet, and yeah, it is very funny thinking of you with a crayon coloring his nose.

I think that is what I was aiming for with this thread. It's the moments we share with our guys that when we think about, we always smile. I think that aside from all that hot and sexy stuff, what I hear from all of us is the fun we have with them. The sweetness of it all just somehow seems to radiate through everything. Every time I get sad or worried about Addy not being here, or any time some tiny doubt works its way through my mind, I just think about the silly, adorable and funny things he does or says, or I think about the fun we had when he was here, and it just makes everything ok.

I love to see the lighter side of things.

:)

Maria, you're pic is great!!!!

You know, you are right, it's actually the funny innocent side of any story, as hot as it may look to others, that stays in our minds.

It's when we allow ourselves to be that vulnerable, that childish, that we bond even more strongly. :)

Some people forget to have fun in their relationships. They are so stiff, so serious, they want so much from it, they forget that we are just human, and any human being needs to relax and have fun.

And this is valid for our daily lives, too. We should just relax and enjoy whenever we find the time for it, whenever we can.

Bubbleee and I have had our moments. The first thing that comes to mind is when we were shopping in a grocery store together, and we were pushing the cart side by side, and talking about how we were too weak to push the empty cart by ourselves, and how we were so dependent upon others out of our weakness. Amazingly, I don't think anybody gave us any funny looks, lol. We were on the twelve step program for um, grocery shopping.

Also, while we were in a mall, I was talking to the fishies in the pet store, then we had a quick kiss in the midst of all those fish when nobody was looking. They're puckered up all the time, so it's hard not to.

And when she was just visiting me recently, I was gathering up all my little buddies (the cicadas) and carrying them with me. Then I'd have her hand in mine with a bug in my other hand. Guess it's why she gave me this avatar. She's getting back at me. I have had them in my hand when I was kissing her a few times, lol. Oh, and I put one in the water to see if a fish would eat it, then I felt sorry for it and gathered it up with a stick while she patiently waited for me to get into my right mind. I guess I was a little odd that day, but it was cute.

Yep!

And Maria, Phil's been a spotty poster but I encourage him too when I think he can add a great point of view!
