First I have to buy a scale, I switched from my usual drink of choice to low carb beer which I hate, which will mean I don't drink much LOL.
Also at work my department decided to work out together every morning starting at 6am.
I don't think I can lose 20 in 10 weeks but anything is better than nothing.

Been trying to be more active. Part of my problem of late is that I've been quite the lazy @$$. I've been doing more walking, eating salads and lean meats. Trying to follow a more "South Beach" type of plan, and forcing myself to drink more water. ehh.. brb, have to go to the bathroom!

I've been drinking 64+ fl. oz a day. I went to the gym 4 times this past week. Did cardio and started lifting weights....but when I got on the scale on the first day...I noticed I wasn't the size I thought I was....eeeeeek! So the weight lost this past weeks is cool, but from here I still want to lose 15 pounds ;)

I've been doing really well. I've been eating healthy...except for last nights snack....a quesadilla....and I've been drinking tons of juices and water. I cut out soda all together. I only went to the gym once last week....which is odd because I lost 2 pounds...but maybe my body needed the rest I took....so back to the gym today ;)
