Bella_D 07-25-2004, 10:18 PM I just wanted to let you all know my terrifc news....my bf proposed to me on Saturday night. I answered YES!!! of course. (followed by tears and then the biggest smile you've ever seen).
He must have struggled to afford the ring, which makes it all the more sweet and wonderful a gesture. He picked this weekend because my enormous family are all in town at the moment (which rarely happens any more since we're all scattered around Australia now). So yesterday turned out to be not just a family get together, but my engagement party as well!! I was over the moon.
Thanks to all of you who have supported me (and therefore us) so far and for contriubuting to our happiness right now.
