Add to the Poem....

I started this poem a few months back when I was having a very bad time. I cant seem to add to it or finish it. Thought you guys might have a go at it. I'll describe the imaginative vision that was with me when I started the poem. See if you can fit yourself in it to carry it forward.... it'll be okay if no one responds.

There is complete blackness with tints of deep red in between.. you are standing on a solid plain.. the vegetation is few and dead.. burnt black to be exact ... the sky it black with only one dimly shining star very very far away which will eventually burn and become a shooting star.... all around the plain as far as eyes can see is broken glass and pieces of tiny flesh that seem to be your heart & dreams. Take it from there... you can add to the scenery as you wish...

Shattered glass all around you
Scattered pieces of your heart
Wiping bloody hand with tears
Picking the cuts torn apart

Glimpses of dreams at the start
Linger without painless sway
In the end your feet are shot
Ashes & thorns keep your way
