Hello- New Here :-)

Hi,
I'm new here and thought I would say hello. When I date, I don't go for a certain age group, but my last boyfriend was 11 years older than I am, and my current man is 25 years older. The age was NEVER even considered with the 11 year difference... to me that's not really a big age gap. It's not generally a problem with my current boyfriend either. I just wanted to be able to talk to others in the same boat. I haven't told my family yet, nor has he. He's 49 and I'm 24. We're having a great time. He moved in two weeks ago (had no place to go anyway, and I'm about to get evicted so we're helping eachother out).
Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself :-)

Sounds like you have a great start....thats the biggest thing is to realize that the age isn't the issue :) Its how you feel.... that doesn't have an age to it :) How long have you both been together?

Hey,
We have been together for a month, known eachother well for about two months... met a year ago. We're having a lot of fun. I have some issues (past abuse, etc) but with him they are all falling away. It's wonderful. He has some issues too with past relationships. We're taking it slow and just enjoying the love we share. We are helping one another in every way. It's a beautiful thing. We both have problems... financial ones especially, but we know we have eachother through whatever happens. People always assume I'm with him for his money, which drives me nuts (he had nothing when I met him, and I am pretty damn close myself). I've gotten used to the disapproving stares and I actually think it's kind of funny now. We sometimes play it up a little when people watch us lol. Mostly people smile, though. Love is a beautiful thing, and I am so glad some people can appreciate it :-)

Welcome to Agelesslove site, I'm sorry to hear that you 'll be evicted, but Prayer always works for me & I know it can for you. See sweetie, God will not give you that much that you cannot handle. Its good to know that you have someone in your corner, Just be careful of who you talk to about your relationship, people tend to be in your business, and everything else will be cool.
