Help Needed for New Game!

Ok, so let me try to describe this the best I can.
I KNOW you've all watched Family Fued...if you haven't YOU SHOULD...it's a fantastic game!

Well, to start - we need to survey the board. I don't know how many will participate, but we can try. Instead of "we asked 100 people" it will be more like 25-50. We can also open this up (the survey) to members that are not apart of the board for data purposes. So hubbys, kids, friends...what have you.

Every game a team has won they will get a little prize (and I mean little!) But if the same team sweeps all 4 games....I'll think of a super fabulous prize to send out. The winners of the last game received Blockbuster Night cards - good for two movies, popcorn and something else....I can't remember.
