Day After Tomorrow

I liked this movie... Thought Dennis Quaid was Great... and EXTREMELY HANDSOME!! heheh to die for!!

i love movies like this that give your imagination a run for it's money. seeing what the earth/cities/usa would look like just fascinates me!

i use my imagination on what to make for dinner, i rely on others for this kind of thing, lol.

i'll more than likely rent it because i saw it in the theatre and loved it!

Was so fascinating to see the world and what it would possibly look like.... I for one thought the tidal wave or whatever you call it getting pushed into NYC... was so freaky...

The guy who wrote the film, actually believes that this is what is going to happen some years from now. My father is into all this stuff, and as I was growing up I was fed this belief. So for me it was kinda cool to see the fear that my father put in me, come to life, if that makes any sense. I don't think that it is going to win any Oscar's by any means, but it was fun. I wouldn't ever tell someone not to see, because for most people it has everything that you need to be entertained, just not the depth.

I saw this movie in the theatre, and to be honest... it was entertaining (and I love both Dennis and Randy Quaid)... but the suspension of disbelief just wasn't there for me. I thought the special effects and graphics were absurd and the character development was just nowhere near what I expected...

So, it basically did nothing for me. Unlike "Independence Day" which was an all around AWSOME movie. Day after tomorrow was... blaze' at best. Alright, but I felt like I wasted my money seeing it in the theatres and wished I'd waited for HBO.
