I don't really know how this one came about but here it is.
"Hint of Melancholy"
Open eyes of a scared child
see you in that room.
Taking what your not givin
and making new wounds.
You try to be cautious about what you're doing
but you forget that someone is looking.
That child is changed...and so is his care.
You stripped the life from that person while he stares.
With no remorse, no pain, no regret.
Now a hint of melancholy...
and a smell of death.

In my warped little mind
I conjure thoughts so twisted.
Breeding little lies
so my life can feel listed.
...I'm almost conscious on this plane of existence.
Chasing my thoughts.
Freeing my dreams.
Controling my feelings
And with everything in between
i'm loosening my ties.
The time is now
and the feeling is near.
I'm casting my vote
and hoping i'm in the clear.
