Hi everyone,
I haven't posted here in awhile, but I do lurk a bit and wanted to give you all an update on me and Sebastien. We've been married for almost a year now and things are going wonderfully! In fact, we are expecting a baby in June.
Just to recap our story, we met about 3.5 years ago in an online game (Everquest) but he was in France and I was in Virginia. 6 months of email passed and we finally met in person. There's a 11.5 year age difference - he's 23 and I'm 34. After 2 years of a lot of back and forth between Europe and the US we finally got married last winter. Honestly, I had a lot of reservations about the age gap in the beginning but over and over again this has proved to be the most stable, wonderful, loving relationship I could have ever imagined.
So, I just wanted to give some hope to anyone that might be wondering if their age gap relationship could possibly have a future. It is DEFINITELY possible and just depends on the people involved.
