Still crossing fingers... Inspection passed... now waiting on the VA for the mortgage.. they are sticklers so we'll see...

This is the biggest thing I've ever done in my life..... this is goi ng to be MY HOME...

Its on .70 acres of land so almost an acre.... which is all I need the more I have the more I have to Mow!! LOL

It's a very nice house indeed. And it's really nice having some property. Keeping it clean... hehehhehee. That's another story. ;) But, if everything goes through well, then you'll have this beautiful place you can do anything you want with....

OMG, I went to my X-MIL's house yesterday. WOW. She's an absolutely amazing carpenter and home renovator. I'm dang impressed. Told my son I wanted to grow up to be just like his grandma! ;)
