YM/OW help please!

Hi everyone! I just joined the community yesterday and am looking for some help or advice.

I am a youthful looking 31 year old woman. I have in the last 10 years exclusively had ym/ow relationships but not by much. My ex-fiance was 4 years younger than me.

My problem is I have my eye on a new man. He works at a store I go into at least once a day. I found out from a friend who works there that his name is Johnathan and he is 20. I also found out that he is a Leo like me and his birthday is one day(and 11 years) before mine. If you follow astrology at all you know that Leos and Leos don't match up well but anyways....I have flirted with him some. Just pretty innocent stuff like joking and making eye contact. I just can't really get any signals either way from him. I mean he laughs and smiles at me and we joke around and he does not disconnect the eye contact early. I just have never even thought of dating a man so much younger and am kind of lost. Help?
