Only rule is that your poem must start with "Roses are red". Anything else is fair game! :D
For those who've lived in a cave on another planet and don't remember the original, here it is:
Roses are red
Violets are blue
Sugar is sweet
And so are you.
Below are some variations to get you started:
Roses are red
Violets are blue
Forever and always
Our love is true.
Roses are red
Fungus is black
Even if you were rich,
I'd not take you back!
Roses are red
Violets are purple
I drank so much soda
I started to burple.
Roses are red
Violets are blue
Well, actually they're violet (hence the name) and now my poem may not rhyme but at least it's accurate. :p
