I think I must be an idiot. Does it say to divide my hip measurement by my waist measurement?

That can't be right, because I would think everyone's waist is smaller than their hips.....so the score would always come up over 1.0. Did they mean to put divide your waist size by your hip size? Or did I read it wrong? Help me people....LOL
