I'm sick of the cool people offing themselves.

After reading Hunter's last column about the new sport of "Shotgun Golf" I never thought of him as suicidal. It is a sobering reminder to me that I can never know the true emotions of a person and that they can lead a double life without me knowing it.

You know what, Sally? He was from Louisville, Ky. My mom told me tonight that she attended Male High School in Louisville at the same time that he did. She is a little older than him and doesn't remember him, but then he was kicked out school from there, too. Small world.

Sally, I agree with you - I tend to question unwitnessed suicides with someone who's involved in politics etc...
