Well my son is about 8 1/2 months oldhe just cut two teeth
Well he is used to eating a jar of cereal first thing and a 8 oz bottle with cereal in it.... then at 12 a jar of fruit or dessert and at around 3ish another 8 oz bottle then at 6 or so a jar of dinner another 8 oz bottle with cereal at 9ish and sleeps thru the night
Now he eats but not full jars... bottles left with 2 ounces and won't drink the night time will fall asleep until 3ish and wants bottle then up at 7 or 8 .....
Any advice about getting him back to the good schedule I had him on? or does the teething really mess his system up like this?

I don't really know about schedules in regards to infants and toddlers diet and teething. My children ate when they were hungry and teethed when they were ready at that age.
I'm curious, why was it a "good schedule?" Are you on a schedule or are you saying the schedule was good for *him*?
I ask because it is my opinion that as long as healthful food is available on a reasonable basis then most children that age will basically eat just the right amount for themself. I say most and not all because there are always exceptions of course :)
Also, at 8 months your child might be interested in eating more foods he can pick up with his own fingers, like mashed sweet potato with a little more texture than from a jar. Maybe he would eat more if he found it more fun to try to do himself?
Just tossing out a few ideas. I don't know your kid from Adam :)

It sounds like your biggest issue is that he's not sleeping all through the night. But, think of it like this. We adults go through periods where we don't always eat or sleep as much as we normally do. Babies are no different. It may be his teething that's bothering him. If that's what it is, he'll probably be back on his old eating pattern in no time. But, also understand that his appetite will change along with his growth pattern. If he's in a period of slow growth, he is likely to want to eat less, too.

Well, Mer, by 8 1/2 mos, none of my babies would touch jars of baby food with a 10 foot pole. They wanted toast, and peas, and carrots, and cheerios, and macaronis, and noodles, and chopped up chicken, and such. Cubed up canned pears, real banana chunks, like that.
And only what they could pick up and shove in themselves, keep that spoon away from me, thank you very much!
Even bottles by then didn't have a lot of appeal, sippy cups are much more interesting. Especially if they are the type that can drip.
He's maybe bored with the baby food.
And like Katrina said, he's probably not going through a growth spurt right now.
Sorry, darlin', he'll be upsetting your schedules for then next 18 years or so. But he'll get himself on a new one soon.
Roll with it, he'll let you know what he needs.
