I am a 22 year old college student who have found a guy I might be able to fall in love with. He is the best guy I have ever met. I have never been in a relationship becaues most guys I meet act like they are about five years old. I tried going with a guy my age but there was not connection. But when I meet the guy I am with now it was like an instant connection and yet his is 22 years older than me.
The first time I talked to him we talked about our families and I asked him about his children. He told me that his baby is 23 years old, that is one year older than me. Its not that I mind but I do feel for them. What are they going to think when they meet me? I have not asked him if he has told his family becaues I dont want to be pushy but should I ask?
With my family, I know that I can never have him meet my mom or dad. They have already told me that they do not want to meet him and that I need to find someone my age. My older brother has no room to talk becaues he is dating someone 20 years older then him. My sister also dated a guy who was 23 years older than her. I know I like the guy I am with but I am kind of worried that maybe I am trying to keep up with my sister and brother.
The other day my man and I went and spent the weekend together and it was the best. I was treated like the woman I know I am. He also talked about buying a place by the beach becaues I want to live by the beach. He calls me everyday or sends me an email.
My friends are not very supportive but I am hoping to find some girls here who are willing to listen and help me get through the rough parts.
