I have to say, though, that question #19 is correct either way, in my opinion. It depends upon how you use the word.

although most people think I'm English, since I've worked with alot of English companies and have pick up alot of their words. But yes, american english would be what i do sound like, although, I would say the other 40% is spanish, although those who never hear me speak it constantly say I sound like a "gringo", I have a heavy American accent.

Science Goddess 05-05-2005, 08:31 PM Hey, there was NO California dialect on that thing. Where's the beach talk? (Not that I'm a beach girl...I'm a mountain girl.)
The 5% Dixie is "acquired" from my ex-southern boy. Once y'all start saying y'all, it sticks with you. Plus, it sounds so much better than "you guys".

whiterose 05-06-2005, 11:02 AM Same here. I didn't know how to answer that one either so I answered it as a "blow off" simply because I didn't know how to answer it. But, I would have called it a breeze, too.
