Hello all,
It has been quite some time since I have appeared on this board.
First the bad news. Recently, a wonderful woman and myself decided not to get married. We were so excited about it tying the knot, but little problems snowballed to larger problems and we decided it was best not to.
Needless to say, I have been down in the dumps.
However, I have decided to drive cross country this summer seeing the sites, camping, hiking, and taking it all in; William Least-Heat Moon style(for those that have read Blue Highways). Since I am a high school social studies teacher it works out great because I am off for the summer!
Anyway, if anyone out there is interested in meeting for a date or conversation while I am on the road I would love to hear from you. I am not leaving until July so we would have time to get to know each other a little via cyberspace.
