I've finally found the nerve to post a note despite having signed up a while ago.

As you can see from my locale, I'm Asian and wow...it took some time for me to get past the age difference between my ym and I. It was the most surprising turn of events when I turned 41 some months back, as that's when he came into my life. So unexpectantly, so new but so very wonderful at the same time.

Like others here, I too have some issues that need tackling and here's where I'm looking for support and other members to banter with. And from all that, I hope that by talking it out with the community here, my mind could be put to ease and some of the questions and doubts I have reach closer to some sort of answer or solution...

With attention to Lotus in Asia. I too have lived in Asia for almost 20 years.

I have just in the past two days found out about all this Older Women dating younger men. I did not even know I liked younger men, I mean not consiously. And in the past two days/nights I ahve been going on the internet. And the information I am finding is that younger men, treat older women with respect.
They don't necessiarily go for the cutiest women but women that are confident, and know more what they want. And that these older women are great under the sheets. Now I do not want to offend or debate any of this, it is just what I picked up on the internet.

It seems to apply to my thoughts. Three weeks ago, I feel in love for the first time in my life, (I think). know it was infatuation, and actually the guy is not on my same track, possibly at least for now. I can't eat much, I sleep at lot less, I think of him morning, noon and night. I know it is a fantasy, and not a real relationship. My cat died three weeks ago, and the aninal doctor showed me such compassion, and we met for lunch. He did takes steps toward getting to know me, but for some reason, that is all.

But What he did is more miraculous. He showed me that I could be treated with respect, kindness, and he melted my heart. He actually picked me up at a low in mylife and healed my heart.

I am just proceeding with divorce papers in the next two weeks, and will be divorced withint a few short months. I have been in a 20 year relationship with a slightly older man, who would not kiss, touch, and always cancelled or met me late. He did not show me that I was valuable. You can guess this attitude carried over to our intimate lives emotionally and more.

For me it really means alot to be shown love, and this younger animal doctor, was so charming, we only shook hands, and he held my hand three seconds longer than my attempted release.

I can not predict what will happen next, but as you can see, I am now prepairing myself to find another man, and I really would like to have a vibrant, life loving, energetic man in good health. You know what, I am only now realizing that I would like a younger man. Thanks for listening.
