something fun.....?

I need a good laugh... I'm feeling in a rut. I'm a homemaker with 4 kids, home is work, & I don't get out much due to lack of money & babysitter. Sometimes I sit down & think of something funny.

The first thing that comes to mind was a phone conversation yesterday. My ym & I were reminiscing cars we'd bought. He always bought older cars, but now he has a 2001 & feels like it's new because it was made THIS DECADE.

He said he bought a 1985 Cadillac in 1999, he corrected himself, "I mean 1989,"
& I said, "Well THAT was in the same decade.....,"
& he said, "Now HOW do you think I could've bought a car in 1989?!"
I smiled & growled, "Ohhhhhhh, YOUUUU!"

He was born in 1981. He really got me there, but I thought it was funny!

One time he was getting so wrapped up in a conversation about when he was in his teens... maybe 13 or 14 about some TV show.. I can't even remember the name now... and he's like Oh Meredith Don't you remember this??? I"m like HELLLOOOO LOL I wasn't born yet and not even a thought in my parents head because they haven't even met yet ;)
