Is it bad that when I was in the hospital...I liked the food? They let you pick what you want to eat! :D

And you don't have to cook!!!

I agree with Nadine! One of the best things about being in the hospital was the breakfast in bed...except for when they had me on some sort of restricted diet and they brought me poached eggs. YUCK!

Other than that, I kind of enjoyed lying around, watching television, having the bathroom all to myself, and food delivered right to my lap. If hadn't been in pain, it would have been like a vacation! haha

As an aside..welcome to you hospitalfood! :)

I think that the best dinner I've ever had was the one I got after I had my oldest daughter. :D
I also like being in the hospital, I think that one week there right now would have been just fine.... is there a better place to rest out? *tired* :o

I had to spend 5 weeks at the hospital and I couldn't even look at the food after the 3rd day. It's like in planes, you wait for the food because you're bored and once it gets there, you (I) turn your face the other way.

But yeah, welcome to Ageless hospitalfood, I promise I won't turn my head the other way :)

wish you called yourself "seafood" :D

I have been in several hospitals the past few months. And the food depends where you are. The one in Alaska had such bad inedible food. But of course, here in Texas was really quite good for institutional food. The nursing care really great both places!

Well, it ain't the Red Lobster, but there is something to be said for breakfast in bed I guess :D
Blessings, Tinydancer
