My Big Fat Greek Wedding!!!

It's been such a long time since I saw a movie that was brilliantly written and performed, uplifting, charasmatic, clever, just everything a feel-good movie is supposed to be and more. My Big Fat Greek Wedding is all that and a bag of chips!

It might be considered a "chick flick" to some guys (Robin wouldn't go with me to see it, I went with my mom) but I think any guy who decides to see it will be pleasantly surprised. Sprinkled with famous actors and actresses, and overflowing with great humor, this movie is a MUST SEE for anyone who enjoys romantic comedies. You're in for a real treat! :)

I'm right there with you Polly - I actually saw it twice cause a guy I was dating wanted to see it...how could I say no?

It brought back memories of my adopted grandfather (worked for this older guy who was my best friend's grandfather)...he used to ask me when I was getting married...I was turning into a spinster..."You're too old!"...this was at age 27! (if he was alive, I wonder what he'd think of me being single at 33!)

I suggest it for all...it's fun, funny & cute!

I saw it on the ship when I was deployed. Laughed my butt off!

I liked this movie alot, too. Especially the male actor, was also on the series Northern Exposure, very cute guy! I enjoyed the exchanges between the family members and their culture and customs. Very funny and uplifting. Have been meaning to get the DVD.

that movie is so great......John Corbett lives in my town!! LOL My cousin saw him at the YMCA when she was on the treadmill, he was on the stair machine. :-)
