I read this today and though of you all....

I LOVE New Jersey jokes...i always wondered, if New Jersey is so pathetic then what is the status of the people who bother making up the New Jersey jokes? Like all the movie writers and stuff, why do they bother even thinking about New Jersey?

My agent lived in Clairemont for the longest time - it used to be fun to go visit. We'd hang out, go over to the city, shop. . .New Jersey is a nice place. . .kinda. . .lol

Actually, I was being smart-alecky, but I think Newark really is turning the corner and doing some great things.
I was looking at the city website, and was kinda impressed.

There is a town called Clairemont in NJ???? :confused: where is it lol?? I have never heard of it.
Harrison- LOL. I can tolerate Newark in the day. I won't go there after dark, unless I am seeing ashow at the art's center in which case I head straight for my car after lol.
