Meeting his Friends

My boyfriend was invited to a Halloween/Birthday party tonight, and he asked me to go earlier today. I'm SO nervous to meet his friends, because they're all older than me. I'm afraid they will think I'm just a silly little girl, or they will feel uncomfortable because of the age gap. This will be my first time to meet any of his friends.
How did this situation go for everyone else?

I was nervous when I first met "C's" friends. But it wasn't planned. We spent the day together and both his ex-wives came over to drop the kids off (first time meeting them as well), and 2 of his buddies decided to come over and hang out. One of his friends was cool about the whole thing. He told stories of how he looked up to "C" and how he helped him during some hard times. However, the other kept drilling me. Asking me questions like, "And what do you do?" I felt a little intimidated by him, but C didn't let me out of his sight. LOL

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Relax and have fun. You're going to meet his friends and family sooner or later.

And always remember, being a YW gives you "hottie" advantage when you're with his social circle. So if anyone does hate on you, know they are probably just jealous.
