I wonder if anyone else has a problem with this, I feel that noone around us (my YM and I) takes our relationship seriously, seems that people just think that, we are just sleeping together and judge from there, how long does this seem to last, and what kind of things have you done to over come this feeling?? Right now I feel like the town jezabelle. Noone ever says "hey how are you two doing?" or invites us out together, its like an issue that noone wants to address or be around. Its very uncomfortable for me, and I dont know how to confront it.

Yep, my honey and I have been there. People in my town and my family made me feel like a tramp. But we have been together for a long time now. We are married. Now that we have met new ppl over the years, they usually dont do that until they figure out theres an age difference and then they start assuming that I am like a dirty old lady or something...like woohoo...we know what your up to. Ppl think its all about sex or something. Like I said it doesnt happen too much now. But in the begining of the relationship when we were first exposing it (the relationship) to ppl it was worse. dont worry about it. Who cares? Enjoy each other.
