Has anyone seen Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe yet? I hear it's being called the next great epic. Can't wait to see it!! :D

No but I look forward to seeing it too. I have not read any of C.S. Lewis' fiction, but much of his other works. :)

brilliant to say the least, you cant take a bathroom break with this one, very action packed, not one dull moment. see it, fantastic!

It was awesome just like i thought it would be. No bathroom breaks but i had to go but after that I STAYED in my seat. All the cgi's and animation were awesome Fos your sister did a hell of a job with Aslan. I went to see it with my mom and brother and my best friend Tony

In all the projects my sister has worked on (Garfield, Scooby Do, Matrix Reloaded & Revolutions, Cats & Dogs) she has never been more excited about a project than this one. Through the last many months, she'd email me the latest releases of screen shots and trailers (some of which I wasn't allowed to share... *sigh*) and point out which shots she did and which characters she worked on. Working on this movie was a pipe dream for her, really.

We're going to see it Wednesday with the kids. Don't want to see it without them (wouldn't be right) and am very excited and SO pleased to see the rave reviews its getting. She was one of those kids who... at age 5... doodled cartoons and swore she would one day be an animator. :D

The thing that SUCKs is the graphics crew get LAST billing on all credits... so, I always get to sit through all the credits waiting to see her name roll up. Hehehehhee.

Can't wait!! I loved the books, so I'm very excited to see the movie on so many levels.

Phos...

That is really awesome about your sister...

I have a really good friend who used to work for Disney Animation (before they canned everyone...but don't get me started on that one) and I used to look like a bonehead sitting in the theater waiting for her name in the credits so I could yell out..."Thats my friend!" LOL.

I'm scared to see what Disney has done with a classic book. I'm also scared that they might make a movie for each one of the books in the series. Aren't there like 10 or something!!! Ahhhh!!!!

Nadine.

Well, it could be REALLY cool if they do it in a Harry Potter kind of way... you know.. keeping the same young stars? :D Well, prolly won't happen and I still haven't had a chance to see the movie. I'm hoping Monday! I am very excited as it is getting excellent reviews. I really wanna see my big sis's work... well, other than the screen shots she's emailed me over the last few months. LOL.

I definitely know what you mean about sitting in the theatre through the credits and waiting and waiting... The animators and special effects crew comes LAST. Then I applaud or go "OOOooOooOOOoo there she is! YAY!" LOL
