Most poeple never find love unless they search for the meaning of it. And many are too busy with the material world to even think deep. They go through life with the feeling that something is always missing. You're definitely not the only one, but it's never late.

Do me a favour Enoch. Try an exercise. Try to catch yourself. Pay attention to every detail of every action that you do and every word that you say. You do know what is a lovable word or action and what is not. When you're satisfied with what you did or said, realise it and reward yourslef, when you're not stop and think, then try to change that detail.

Because when you're unhappy with yourself and you lose your self asteem, the first person who's not going to love you is YOU. How do you expect others to love you ?

Like i've said before, i've had two great loves in my life, and other men that i thought i loved (and probably did), so i have been blessed.

Love can be good, even for quite a while, but i have to say it always seems to end in pain. That doesnt mean its not good while it lasts...but at some point, you do question whether its worth the pain.

Being in love can be painful, esp if the person who claims to love you in return is only in love with him/her self.

To me, love has little to do with feelings. Love is a decision to stick it out with someone you're committed to. Love is what you get when all the happy, sparkly stuff has twinkled away and you're still together. And love is WORK.

Hollywood has sold us on some stupid, make believe fairy tale that just happens. Well my opinion is that love does not just happen. You work as a team to make it happen and, if you and your partner aren't working together, it ain't gonna happen.

Trish is right; it's not fair. But you don't just quit because it hurts. You get tougher, you heal the hurt, and, hopefully, you get a little wiser about whom to trust with the key to your heart.

Love is NOT painful....it doesnt hurt....if it hurts and causes pain it really is NOT love! It is when we can see this that we know, we are in love there is no pain and our heart no longer aches...we are getting what we need and are not wanting for nothing.....we work for it yes but it does not hurt to work for it. Stop looking for it and it will find you. It all lays in the ability to be in love with ourselves and letting the pieces fall where they may. Once you love yourself love usually finds you. It cant help it...it feels your warmth and cuddles within.

I know pain trust me!! My fiance of 7 years died in a motorcycle accident and That was the WORST pain of all.... I wanted to DIE... I even tried once!!!

I shut down completely.... and it wasn't until I opened myself up again years later to fall in love with my Husband......

Love isn't easy it's work!! a LOT of work.....and sometimes relationships end but its up to us to try and learn from the things that may have ended our last relationships and learn to move on from those.....

You are so right. I am hurting too. My wife accused me of marrying her for her money the other day. It hurt my feelings because I paid for all the dinners we had when we went out.

Pain just breaks you but you learn to live.
