SilentAngel84 02-16-2006, 11:37 AM unseasonably warm weather today :)
Anyone else experiencing it? It makes me happy to be alive. That and the fact that as of 7pm my LONG weekend has begun hehe.
HappyHoney 02-16-2006, 11:43 AM Good for you! Enjoy that sun! I love that feeling. The sun has shone gloriously in my neck of the woods these last few days, and the sky sooo blue. It's made me feel alive and wealthy. It's just awesome to be alive some days!
Kristin 02-16-2006, 12:37 PM Milwaukee is currently being hit with a huge snowstorm! :(

teddikat 02-16-2006, 05:48 PM Sheesh where to begin....
for starters we had snow and freezing rain overnight...the temp hovered right around freezing all day where I live east of Grand RApids MI....North of Grand rapids there has been up to 12 inches of snow! Grand Rapids has had freezing rain, hail, thunder and lightning, and snow!! The next counties south of here were under a tornado watch-temps shot up to 58 degrees with a major cold front coming thru.....high wind warnings, snow, hail, rain, freezing rain, thunder and lightning, and more snow for overnight and tomorrow......
Anybody want to move to MI?? :D
lencarol 02-16-2006, 08:10 PM It was in mid70s here today. Now, a few hours later, in the 40s. And snow flurries tomorrow! Boo hoo... :(

RobsGirl 02-17-2006, 08:19 AM It's #$()@*%()@*$)($*%) FORTY BELOW this morning!!!!
CabinFever 02-17-2006, 08:49 AM Well, I had a crappy night here. We almost never go below freezing here, so though it may sound like nothing to most, it's a big deal to us - me in particular because I'm living in this little uninsulated cabin. It's been below freezing for a few nights now but last night was the worst - very cold and also had a windstorm. My water froze, even though I left it running (the sound of which kept waking me up), and the wind kept ripping tarps and plastic sheeting off. I guess it could have been worse - it could have snowed as well.
Thanks, I needed to vent..... :o
kindanice 02-17-2006, 08:51 AM yesterday was wonderful. like spring is already here. woke up to the little birds singing. love it! but today its all going down hill. turning colder with a mix of sleet and snow later :(

CabinFever 02-17-2006, 09:06 AM I know DaBollocks, I know. I think I MUST be certifiably nuts to be trying to live like this. Too bad I'm stubborn.
Bob's babydoll 02-17-2006, 04:24 PM It seems Mothernature sure can't make up her mind as to the weather here... this week for example: On Wednesday it went up to the lower 50's...sunny, just beautiful. Then Thursday it rained for it bit, but after the sun came out it was nice. Now, they're calling for snow over the weekend and the coldest day of the year thus far. Looks like I'll be wearing my heavy winter coat for a few more weeks, at least.
SilentAngel84 02-17-2006, 04:39 PM Back to reality :( the two 50+ degree days are gone...it's going down to the 20's tonite and very windy today. BLAH!

It's still sort of windy up here I'm in Essex County today...but hopefully not as windy as before. I am going out tonite, but only to Morristown so I can take back roads so that should cut down on my car blowing.
lencarol 02-18-2006, 07:29 AM Ice coming down all night last night, tinkling on my windows! High winds, terrible!! Can't even go out for my latte!!! :( Well the Panhandle in spring is beautiful, so guess I will stay anyway. Spring come quickly!
