Well, Princess, the one we saved from the street had her babies last night.
Five little tiny healthy kittens.
I was so nervous. Thank god my daughter was there.
The first 3 went fine but poor thing she had a tough time with the last 2 but finally she made it. I was worried.
Mom and babies doing perfectly well this morning :D

But I am not keeping them forever! OMG!
After they are nurtured (2 months or so) I am giving them. We already have people wanting one and my best friend is taking one which I know he or she will be really well taken care of.
But watching them is really a joy. They are so small right now. Their eyes arent even open yet.
It truly is an amazing experience I must say. :)

Congratulations! Years ago, I had a beautiful cat whom I tamed. She had two litters. Both were home births. She was so trusting for a recently-tamed cat that she let me attend her. Those were amazing experiences.

Thats right Patricia. It is an amazing experience and Princess is an absolute sweet cat. She had let me and my daughter help her when she gave birth and she also let us near her babies. She trust us and knows we will never hurt her or her kittens.
I can sit and watch for hours. Also, Princess likes to have us around. She needs our affection and it shows.
That cat to me is a blessing :)

I'll take three! Just kidding ;) Congrats on the grandkitties! What I remember most about my cat having them was that amniotic smell. blech....good thing that doesn't last! *cough* anyhow...enjoy the cute kitties!
