I am 21 m and trying to date a 37 , she just sent me a message saying :
Hi Thank you for your message. Actually I thought about the age gap we have and I feel its not right.... I hope we can remain as a good friends. I hope you understand how I feel....

How can I reply to this and win her round ?
I really like her and respect her but the age is big issue ,
I dont look 21 I look more like 31 ! Stress of work !

Any advice much appriciated

Let her go. In general, women tend to prefer slightly older men than themselves. She is probably just a normal woman of 37 who would not consider dating someone that young. It is true some ladies do date quite young (obviously) but this is not the norm.

Who is to say what the "norm" is here on agelesslove? There is no way anyone except for this woman can predict what she will ultimately do.

I tried pushing my bf away for 6 months before I finally agreed to give a relationship with him a chance. I think many of us OW tend to do that at first. It's hard to accept the age difference. But, if she is truly interested, she may change her mind if she comes to this site and reads that other women know exactly how she feels.

As opposed to those of us abnormal women who would consider dating, and, indeed being in a real relationship with someone that young......

Agreed, send her here. My guy had to work like mad to get me to take him seriously, and if I hadn't, I'd have missed the love of my life. Thanks to Ageless.
