Best bang for the buck

I just read an article about The Smile Train. It is a program that repairs cleft palates in children all over the world. The cost per repair: $250.00, but they accept donations of any amount. If anyone is looking for something to donate a few dollars to, I can't think of anything that gives more bang for the buck! Imagine, for just $250.00, they make it possible for a child to eat, speak, fit into society, and do this :D !
