Tickle 'em!

I saw a study of (don't freak) rats that LOVED to be tickled, so I tried it on my dog and she went WILD!!! LOL I didn't know that she would be so excited about being silly (a moment of sadness, 13 1/2 years of tickle-times missed). So now, every morning we have a little tickle session and she goes wild and I laugh like a fool at her. I highly recommend it.

PS: DO NOT TRY THIS ON YOUR CAT! (limping away)

LOL Chatter. You make me laugh!!!!

Yeah, I've seen dogs that just freak out and go wild from tickling. But mine, nope. My big dumb guy just looks at me like "what are you doing?", and my old girl, who is quite refined and reserved most of the time, pulls away as if she is too mature for such silliness. Oh well.

LOL CabinFever and Kindanice!

I can PICTURE your animals just looking at you, CabinFever! Obviously this is not an absolute!!! ROFL

And Kindanice, uummmmm, you might be right about it being risky for you terrier -- it could wind him too tight and he might never stop! LOL

As part of the play time, I have the "fingers" coming down from the sky "boop boop booop booooooop" and that drives her crazy too. However, one day, I lost control and gave her a "raspberry" on her belly and she ran into a corner and looked at me warily for quite a while, as if I were VERY strange and could no longer be trusted! Go figure.
