hi everyone, I just joined the other day randomly, however this site has proven to be very interesting and I want to start posting more! I am 22, have my BA, own a business, and live in the beautiful city of Chicago. I hope to talk to some good people on here. later

Hi Harp,

I am new to this site also. And, I have a question for you [from a younger man's perspective]. I recently met a younger man and he became quite interested in me, [calling, lunch and breakfast dates, etc.]. He is a business owner [a night club] so our time together is usually in the daylight. Also, I'm not a "barfly" so I don't hang out just to see him at his place...besides I respect that he's working. One day, I asked him if he realized our age difference, to which he replied that he did not care about that. OK... then, soon after that he stopped calling, NOTHING! My question---Why can't [some] men just be honest about these matters? We are big girls and prefer honesty over silence and guessing. I'd like your feedback. Thanks

honestly I would't think about it like that. I mean yea the age difference is there, but don't immediately put that to the front of the list as far as why something went wrong. Guys/girls do that kind of stuff to people all the time, regardless of age. The same thing just happened to me with a woman my age, but I wouldnt put it past an older woman to do something similar either. I wouldnt think much of it if I were you, you're obviously the more mature one. On to the next fish!
