Charlotte 05-16-2006, 02:47 PM What flavour or region of growth does your coffee maker brew?
I usually enjoy a medium Colombian or vanilla/hazelnut. Some guy I know found a roastery that sells coconut flavour and says I *HAVE* to try it.
What I can't stand is a coffee roasted so dark that it tastes burnt.
Occasionally I'll order an Iced Cappucino or Cafe Mocha from Tim Hortons, as a treat.
What's your favourite coffee?
SilentAngel84 05-16-2006, 03:15 PM I am so over starbucks.
I drink Dunkin Donuts every day almost. It's cheap and it's good. I like the vanilla, hazelnut, chocolate and marshmellow flavors with skim milk and splenda either iced or hot.
greeneyedgirl 05-16-2006, 03:22 PM plain ol Folgers or Maxwell House with french vanilla creamer, or caramel (yum) and lots of sugar.
i like mine sweet and like it almost as much when it gets really cool. :D

kindanice 05-16-2006, 07:43 PM I just recently started drinking English Toffee Cappucino's. :p Brownbear bought me one at the local Travel Plaza on a whim. And now I am hooked...
We don't drink coffee as a rule tho. Brownbear says it's a grown-up thing to do. :D So when we are feeling GROWN UP- we get some coffee ;)
lencarol 05-16-2006, 07:56 PM I actually like the burnt taste of the stronger coffees. But my favorite is also vanilla or hazelnut. Anything caramel sounds wonderful! :)
skatergirl 05-17-2006, 12:21 AM a tall, half caf, caramel frappucino with light whip cream. :D
Rozie 05-17-2006, 12:51 AM Boring old Folger's instant..the crystals.

Oh yeah, I entirely forgot about the instant cappucinos that my guy sent me in the past and treats me to when I'm there. They're marzipan flavoured, from Niederegger. It's amazing stuff!
DeMoRaLeS 05-17-2006, 01:57 AM i like a medium roast coffee...not too 'burnt' and 'bitter'.....but with a tad bit of a kick to it....usually its something that comes from peru or venezuela...... i buy it from coffee importers on the net.... and i love to put either almond or hazelnut/orange syrup in it if its a latte.......
Bodhi Tree 05-17-2006, 03:35 AM Expresso only, NO sugar.
I cannot stand light coffee with milk, cream, sugar or strange flavours.
I call them sock-juice. But that's just me of course.
arcobaleno 05-17-2006, 06:09 AM Italian coffe of course!!! :p
I love my "black no sugar" caffè *big grin*

Belisama 05-17-2006, 06:23 AM My favourite "regular" coffee is a medium blend called Fog Lifter - I take mine with a little vanilla cream and a little caramel cream plus one splenda (or two, depending on how large the cup happens to be); Tim has a little coffee with his cup of milk and sugar. Amything too dark tastes like tar to me, anything too light tastes like brown water.
For a sweet treat, it's a tall caramel frappucino with cream and caramel drizzled over the top.
Harrison 05-17-2006, 10:52 AM Charlotte,
When drinking home-brewed, I grind my own beans. Right now I'm drinking the store's 'house blend' beans which they've labeled "Rich and Dark."
Other times I'll drink Kenyan or Colombian. I vary. As long as it tastes good and gives me my pick-me-up buzz, I'm happy. :)
babybee 05-17-2006, 10:56 AM Lavazza Rosso and sometimes the black or gold. Right now I have the crema e gusto.

Same here, it's just so much fresher tasting. I usually put cream in it to counter the acidity (I normally drink coffee on an empty stomach) but when it's freshly roasted, freshly ground, freshly brewed, it seems almost any kind of bean can be drank black in the cup.

Yep! I skip the cream and add a bit of sugar myself. :)
Every once in a while for variety, I'll skip the sugar and go totally black.
