Hiya I'm new here. I'm Kate (26) and engaged to my lover of 3 years Paul (55). We are getting married this September and am delighted to find somewhere like this to get support. We have just moved in together so no doubt now we're together 24/7 I'll have lots of questions for you all.

Hi guys,
I'm new here too and have lots of questions and worries, I hope you dont mind me gate crashing here!
I've been in a relationship with a fantastic man for 4 years now and we still get on great, I'm 23 and he is 54, he treats me like a princess as we see ourselves as a 'normal' couple we dont even notice the age gap any more.
The one thing that is always on my mind is telling my parents. I feel awful for lying to them and they think its real funny I havn't bought a boyfriend home for 4 years. The trouble is the words will never come out, they'll be shamed and I use to be close to them. I have no future such a children with him which is fine by me at the moment but this is want parents want for you isn't it. My younger sisters and Dad have commented on simular situations on TV dramas as 'disgusting' which doesn't help.
How have any of you got on?
I would really appreciate ANY comments, even 'chill out'! :)
Thanks
Gemma
