ty ty ty! her breed is an Akita http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/akita.htm and kisaka is japanese for 'emporess'. she had to have a japanese name to also be jkc registered. the akc didn't care, they just took her name lol....so it's Harper's Emporess. and while she's from a line of champions, we don't show her. she had ONE puppy that was show quality, the one female, but that female ended up having a urinary tract problem and needed surgery so that outed her from qualifying for shows? i dunno, we GAVE em all away to other cops and one to my mom. she named hers "naka" because she said he was so hyper, she was going to "knocka" hole in his head LOL.

it's kinda like...a japanese german shepard? she's actually small for her breed. they normally get to about 100 lbs and all her puppies are that large (we let her have ONE litter). we bred her to another officer's akita who was 120 lbs and she's only about 70 or so lbs.....those puppies bout KILLED her, literally, she was so emaciated i was a little afraid for her. she's my Keet!!! lol

Keet's trained in ghetto German lol, it's not perfect German which is good because even IF the bad guy knows German, it's not going to sound right to her and she's just gonna look at him funny and wait for me to REALLY tell her what to do...which would be "Pahcken!!!" which means, attack, it's just a word we came up with for it so no one else could command her. and "skablat" is her keyword for getting keyed up, lots of barking and so forth.
but Keet would lick ya to death before she'd bite anyone, she's NEVER bitten, even with the 3 boys tormenting her all her life lol. she's just a gentle soul and i love her.
and akita's failed MORE aggression tests than pit bulls!! :eek:

and posting pics is easy cheesy gal, i know this because iiii can do it, lol

you have your pics on your comp....either in "my documents" "my pictures" etc...right?
well, to do the avatar, you just go into your "user cp" listed at the top of any ageless page and in there, you'll see "change/edit avatar" or something like that....there's a browse option and when you click that, you just pick one you like from wherever you keep your pics. if it's too big, ageless will tell you, just edit it on your comp and try again. you should be able to just right click your pic and choose the 'edit' option....used to be 100x 100 pixels was what ageless would hold. i have NO idea what that means but i can push in a 1 and two zeros lol.

to put pics up, same theory with a twist......you get a pic hosting site, i use http://imageshack.us/ . they have a 'browse' feature and you just click that, go into your pictures, pic one (double click it) then you choose 'host it' on image shack's page and when it brings up all your options...choose "direct link"

you copy that address *direct link*, come back to ageless, click the lil yellow box on the top of the reply screen (it has what looks like mountains in the yellow box, it's up there where the fonts and size options are) and another box will pop up on your screen, just paste that direct link. SUBMIT! ta da!!!

now look, if you need help, just let me know and we WILL get your squared away, i promise :) i'm not the best with condensed versions, but i can do a walk-thru like nobody's business lol

No, I have no pics on the computer, could be a major problem, huh? I would have to put them onto a disc, then transfer to the computer, right?:( The rest also sounds very complicated, maybe why I haven't yet done it!!:p :o

I have two stupid cats LOL.. a Tuxedo cat called Curio and a Tortouise Shell called Kayde... both just crazy cats LOL One won't come out of the dang garage because she's scared to come thru the kitty door we set up to come in.. oh well she sleeps on boxes .. My kayde is crazy maniac... but I love them both and hate them at the same time LOL but I can't get rid of them... argh

When I first met him, he was ill and in the special adoptions ward of a lovely place in Columbus, Ohio called Cat Welfare. He climbed into my lap, put his arms around my neck and kissed me on the lips. The deal was sealed, and we're now living happily ever after, he's a true blue and faithful cat with a heart of gold. Love him so much!

Introducing Catch... He's an almost 12 week old Bernese Mountain Dog. Full name Swiss Star's What a Catch. He's a beautiful and sweet little (soon to be huge!) guy:)

Well, we had no pets aside from two aquatic turtles up until about three weeks ago based on our hectic and very nomadic lifestyle...but, a friend informed me of a 10 year old Siamese who needed a home because his mother was moving to Dubai for a new job and her new apartment didn't allow cats - so I talked my husband into it. Then, a few days after Maxwell arrived we went to a pet store looking for a scratching post and $600 (pets are still a new concept in Saudi Arabia so ANY pet is hugely over priced) later we ended up with Lulu...
