Two questions----one related and one not....
I am 32 weeks pregnant and have noticed that over the last several months, I am getting gray hairs!! ARGH! My Dad/Mom didn't get gray hairs until they were at least in their late 40's or early 50's. I also had a miscarriage last year. I am now 42 years old. Have any of you experienced this when you got pregnant?
Another question, unrelated---My husband likes to go on car and truck sites and it seems like every time he gets on the computer there are ad ware and pop ups and virus stuff telling me our computer is about to explode. I don't know what the heck he is doing on it, but when I'm on, it doesn't seem to happen.
I have "spyware" which scans every time I turn on the computer and also Norton Anti Virus, however its a 2005 version and I can't seem to get it to scan anymore without it jumping to a register site to pay another $40 for a renewal.
Any advice from computer gurus out there? Is there anything I can do just on my own system or windows to get rid of this mess? I've already cleaned out my temporary files and run spyware scans.

Susie, I moved your thread out of OW/YM Relationship Support to Chit Chat because they really are not pertaining to OW/YM relationships. Plus, you'll probably get more answer to your questions in Chit Chat regarding your gray hairs.
I am also going to create a copy of this thread and put it in the Computer section so that you can get answers to your questions there about the computer issues.

Those pop-ups are related to the sites he is visiting. They spawn off from those sites..and they look somewhat like an error message your computer might send you. Then they want you to download their software...don't do it! Try a good pop-up blocker!
I didn't get gray hair when I was pregnant, but I had all my children pretty young (last at 26), so I can't help ya much there. I do have some gray hairs though!
I started getting gray hair at age 42. I was pregnant at 28.
It's doubtful the gray hair has anything to do with your pregnancy. It's probably just part of your normal aging process and you're no doubt taking after some ancient grandparent rather than your father and mother.
My grandmother had a total head of white hair at age 35. My daughter, at 27, has a considerable amount of white hair already. It totally freaks her out.
Hmmm, well I noticed my first gray hairs while pregnant at 25! Not a lot, I could pluck them out as they were only around my temples at the time. Then by the time my 3rd pregnancy came around when I was 31 I needed to color my hair to cover any gray because by that time there was considerably more. I always connected my grays to pregnancy.

If I remember right I started getting white hair at the great age of 21 :( Strangely, my hair started to get lighter in colour following the birth of my daughter, now I have a complete range of shades from light brown (the colour my hair was at 18) to white in patches  as the colour is not blended but patchy I colour the darker area, I leave my white hair alone as it creates natural sparkly bits :) ............ It must be genetic because my naturally blonde daughter also has a dark patch that she has to blend in

I'm pregnant too, Susie and I seem to be getting more grey quicker. (I'm 38.)
I just dyed my hair July 2nd and I already need to redo because of grey. I used to go MONTHS.
I dunno. Hormones? LOL!

Excuse me!!!!
I was told that you are NOT SUPPOSED TO DYE YOUR HAIR during pregnancy. You girls may want to check up on that.
Yeah, I think it's probably a bad idea to dye your hair, especially during the first trimester....best to stay away from ALL chemicals during pregnancy, but especially then....

Sounds like an old wives tale to me.
Besides, I was using a non-ammonia formula home kit, during my second trimester, in a well ventilated bathroom.
The warnings I found online are always about first trimester and the strong chemicals getting into your lungs.
Nothing has been "proven" or even tested. It's just assumed that exposure to ANYTHING could have an effect.
Considering I was still smoking the first trimester, dying my hair was minor.
But most of the actaul doctor's comments I found said that it was probably safe, but if you didn't want to take the chance, don't do it.

From what I can tell, the biggest risk is damaging your hair, because so many nutrients are diverted to the baby. Maybe that's why the dye didn't take as well for me!
