we had a contest in work "Best costume wins $100; 2nd place wins $50"- I work for a Box Company btw..
Only 2 of us participated..the other girl wore a hoochy dress, slapped a dollar on her forehead and said she was "all you can eat under a dollar"..yeah i know, how classy & clever..

Bella 11-01-2006, 08:30 AM Ok, here's what I actually looked like. No glamour there, the goofy teeth took care of that, along with the three layers of clothes including a sweatshirt underneath. I spent the whole night outside, and it was 22 degrees.

It was a smashing haunted house again. People said it was better than last years, and they can't wait for next year. We had over 300 people through in their little town. Went through tons of candy, and a couple of 40 cup pots of hot cocoa served in 3 oz cups. David's wiped out, hanging from chains and screaming takes a lot of energy. We're wierd.

This was an automated display, the big rat went up and down, pulling his "lunch" with him. A few steps later was a big rat laying on his back complaining out loud that he was sick from eating too much.

My son has a projector he had linked to his laptop projecting big random icky heads talking and telling horrible haunted jokes. Like some monster wondering if you were his mummy.
It's the funnest night of the year.

Faith 11-01-2006, 09:23 AM We both dressed for Spa-lloween... we didn't use real facial masque... it would have dried up and cracked too soon. So we smeared our faces with canned cake frosting tinted with neon food coloring.
