Hi, at aged 42 I feel that I need to sleep more. Suddenly I need my 8 hours sleep. Just one night of not being able to sleep makes me sleepy all next day. But I also have a lot more difficulties getting it. Wakes up around 3-4 o´clock in the morning not being able to turn around and sleep again, and it's been like this for over a year. How do I get a better nightsleep?
I also feel more tired, like I don't have the energy and strenght. Tried gingseng but I didn't feel that it made any difference. Any suggestions over vitamins or minerals that might help
Have any of you tried to have a small facelift or done anything to improve your looks? Were you satisfied with the result? If there allready is a thread with answers to my questions I'm happy for a hint in the right direction!
