Wondering if anyone has used one faithfully and can notice an overall inprovement in your health. I am most definately considering buying one. From what I have read and heard they are an enormous benefit to your health. Anyone have first hand testimonies???

Hi Kindanice,

Me too I am interested in saunas. I have read that lots of toxins are stored in our skin because of all the stuff we eat and come into contact with and one way for the body to get these things out is by sweating. I don't know anyone that has an infrared one. I have read that infrared heat up your skin instead of the room. That kind of scares me. It's like a microwave. I would be afraid that in the long run it could cause harm. But I am not sure on this.

Thanks for replying steph10. That's interesting. I am still in an ongoing quest to find out more...
