Quite honestly I heard I think Merriman on TV when we were playing the Jets.. he jinxed you by being so c0cky.....He said that The Jets would beat us and that Patriots were not on their game, WHEN THEY WERE ON THEIR GAME, and we beat them!!!! Then san diego kept going around saying we were no match for them and that they were going to in.. they even went so far in closing off tickets to anyone who DIDN'T live in CAlifornia.... talk about mean...... everyone AGAIN underestimated our boys!!!!

Mano, I was pulling for ya! I like to see teams that haven't been in the SB for awhile get to make the trip.

I don't have any dogs left in the fight. The Bengals didn't make it and the Eagles lost. I was hoping for a New Orleans/San Diego match after the Eagles lost, but not to be.

Well, I think the Pats are good but I'm sort of tired of 'em. And Mera, I think the Pats still have to beat Indy to get there, ya know:p

Never tired of the Pats.... they aren't good they are a GREAT Team... Just like San Diego and the jets etc...They are all great teams this year.. Tom Brady is just Hot!! In more ways than one ;) Yeah they do have to play another game.. but we are on our way!! LOL.. My nails are already short.. by the end I don't think I"ll have any left hehe..... The pats sometimes can be good under pressure like this... .expecially because people underestimate them.....It definatly was a good game.. both of them full of mistakes yesturday though.... just it paid off for us in the end!!

BOTH west coast playoff teams (Seattle and San Diego) lost this past Sunday, and they both handed the wins to the other teams. :mad:

And the 'game of the weekend' - Colts vs. Ravens - was a joke. The Ravens didn't even show up. I didn't really care who won that game but I WAS hoping to see some damn good football in that game. Whatever...

I'm certainly hoping we see some better game NEXT weekend...

Well...I can't argue with that. He was on the tube on Monday a.m., and he just about melted the screen.

I thought those were 4 of the best football games I have seen in a long time. Surprised you thought the games were so bad. I spent hours in front of the TV.

Oh, no, I agree for the most part! Again, I didn't really have any emotional investment about who won the Colts/Raven's game but I thought that this particular game could have been a little more exciting if the Raven's had stepped up a little more.

Did you guys hear Payton Manning?? He tells reporters to have people NOT sell tickets to patriot fans etc.. How childish and to me makes him sound NERVOUS AND intimidated... I hope they beat them for just that reason but not being sportman like
