the "time to make the donuts" guy from Dunkin' Donuts. I stayed up until 1:30 cooking and I'm back up wrapping utensils in napkins this morning. Today's the day! We woke up to a nice, little blurb in our newspaper this morning :giggle:
Time for me to get busy -- I'll check in when we're done; wish us well!

I am so excited for you and all the positive response you have had so far!! I don't want to make you feel awkward on this special day, but I do agree about the myspace thing. Myspace conjures up images of teenagers' homepages, dating site etc...plus there are huge flash ads all over the place, which definitely draw your attention away from the actual site you have.
I know there are several reasonable options for creating a very professional looking site....you could use the exact same layout and images you already have....but host it somewhere with a unique domain name. Rates start at like 5 dollars a month I think for ad free sites.
*hint hint* ohiosweetheart can interject her wisdom anytime.... :innocent:
Main point though....have an amazing, successful day!!!!!

LOL! Thanks guys - just got home and, as usual, we're exhilerated but knackered!
Regarding myspace, actually, in addition to the teens online, it is a HUGE networking avenue for professionals. I communicate constantly with chefs from all over the world including Harold Dieterle (first season winner of Top Chef - he's in the process of launching his restaurant, Perilla) and several local restauranteurs. I'm also linked with several equipment suppliers who keep me up to date on deals for commercial equipment.
When our webpage is fully functional, we won't highlight a link to myspace but, before I was able to buy my domain name, we used myspace to get information out locally. For now, we're still referencing myspace until the official website is ready to go.
