To offer some words of encouragement to ym/ow relationships. My Honey & I will be married 6 years tomorrow! We lived together 2 years before that. He is 37 & I am 58. I think some of the success of our relationship is the energy I have. He wishes he had just 1/2 of it! He says he has a hard time keeping up with me! We adopted a 6 week old puppy a year ago. She is our baby. She loves her "Daddy!" We don't have children together. I have 1 daughter 1 year older than he. We are very happy together. I am retired. He works full time. We manage to travel every 3-4 months. We just got back from a fantastic 18-day trip to France & Spain! Enjoy life! Have fun!

Thank you for sharing, it is very encouraging. I'll go with my YM to France this winter. I am originally from Europe... He is going to meet my family!!! I am very exited about it.:tongue2:

much better photo....cant even tell you how much younger you look than the old one. you sound vibrant. adam and i have been together two years shy of your relationship. I feel the need to travel also, however, adam is freshly out of the army and finding his way. hopefully we can also settle down soon to have a set schedule to travel.
we have done many countries together and really enjoy it, the carribean and italy. he has been around the world before the military due to his ice hockey team and i was born in europe so traveling is something we love also.
you are an inspiration, we have been married three years and i love your positive attitude, please post more often, it was a great post to read.

I know how you feel! I had a five hour convo with my YM last night and he seems to be head over heels in love with me as I am with him also.
