Hi I uploaded my profile picture 24 hours or so ago and it does not display next to my name in the threads. Please tell me what I am doing wrong. How long does it take for the administrator to approve?

I can see your profile picture when I view your profile. If you want a picture with your posts, you need to upload a photo as your avatar.
