Iron Man

Anyone seen Iron Man yet? I havent..since I have work off tomorrow, I'll probably go see it. I hear its a great movie, and that its kind of like transformers. They have Iron Man 2 coming out in 2010 as well :cool:

Saw it last night. Good movie...not completely sure that it lives up to all the hype, but certainly entertaining. Robert Downey Jr. is great as Tony Stark. Jeff Bridges as Obadiah Stane is a bit tougher...only because the actor has such a deep stereotype as a "white hat". In the end though, he's more-than-adequately evil. As much as I've liked her in other roles, I think that Gwyneth Paltrow as Pepper Potts is the weak link here casting-wise. No doubt the movie's producers wanted a "name" for the part...but Paltrow has problems alternately being "hard" enough or "soft" enough to pull off this particular character.

I finally saw Iron Man. I like going to Stan Lee's pictures (he's the cartoonist who originated Spider Man etc) because he makes a cameo appearance in each of his movies, and I like to see if I can find him.

He had himself portraying Hugh Hefner in Iron Man, I love his sense of humor.

I was shocked how well Robert Downey Jr. did in the role and loved the movie.

Lol, I didn't know he did that George. Quentin Tarentino does the same thing and I always crack up spotting him in his movies. Next time I watch Iron Man I'll have to keep an eye out for him.
