Hi all,
I just found out I got a new job, I am now a Registrar!
This means that here in Scotland I will now register births marriages and deaths, and will conduct civil weddings and civil partnership ceremonies, so if anyone fancies getting married in Scotland, here I am!
I am so excited because this is the first job in such a long time that I applied for not because I needed a job, but because I saw a job I really really wanted. I was fairly sceptical of my chances, but thought I'd give it a try, and when they phoned just now with the job offer they said that I was their first choice by far:yes:
