Birthday celebrations

My partner will be 68 on Thursday and I will be 48 on Saturday, we are going away Wed to Mon to a gorgeous country hotel that does fantastic food. Costing us an absolute fortune but we are determined to enjoy an extended birthday celebration - dread to think what we will do in 2 years time when I reach the half century and she makes it to 3 score years and ten.
What do other people think makes for an unforgettable birthday treat?

You and your partner have birthdays close together like my husband and I. Our birth dates are just one week a part, so we usually end up celebrating them together, especially if we are going on a trip.

One of the most memorable trips my husband planned was at a very upscale B & B. Instead of selecting a room, they had a cottage and every morning they served us a four course breakfast (one course at a time so everything was made fresh and hot). It was awesome to be pampered like that. My husband also included surprise (up close) tickets to see MR. B.B. King. I love blues music and HE IS THE MAN!

Is there a favorite singer that she would love to see that she hasn't yet? Or even would like to see again? (I would see MR. B.B. King anytime anyplace) Or maybe their is a singer/event that both of you have always wanted to see.

What, she was fully clothed.

I distinctly remember her wearing a Yankees home Jersey and a Yankees ballcap. :)
