GRRRRRR...I hate this time change!!!! It takes me from now till October to get used to it!!! I dont like "losing" one precious hour of sleep :mad: . Why cant they just leave things alone???? I say this every year - I'm writing my congressman LOL.

I agree...maybe it was a good idea 200 years ago, but not anymore...and along the same lines, I think we should get rid of time zones...ya need a slide rule to figure out what time a tv show is supposed to start! ok, well, maybe it's not that extreme, but still.....

I was told, among other things, for power usage. The lighter it is outside...the less you have to use your lights.

From what I understand, it was around so that businesses could be open longer. See, if its 8pm and its light out, you spring the clock up and its 9pm and its still light out. The longer its light out, the more apt we are to go out and shop. Is this bull shit? Yes. I think Az has the right idea: They don't do this spring/fall clock change BS.

The sky is blue because our atmosphere refracts certain light from the sun. I think it refracts the red light, but I can't remember right now. It rains because I pee'd in the snow and some snow evaporated, formed a cloud and washed the sidewalk where I went wee wee off. God I love nature

I rarely read too far into lyrics of songs. They sound good how they are, their meaning is irrelivant. But, then again I suck at infering meaning in things, so. . .enlighten me.

You lucky punk!!! how'd you get backstage passes? I went to a concert of his last year with Lady, it was May 18 at shoreline. . .day after one of our month-a-versaries. It was a good show, although the sound was kinda funky and we were stuck at the top of the lawn. Oil well.

because otherwise we would be waking up in the daylight at 5 am all summer.

I think it was originally started to give the famers more sunshine at the end of the day. I think Ben Franklin started it.

I don't mind it. My computers and phone set themselves. I have to do the stove, alarm clock and microwave.

What I want to know is how the DOGs know not to bark until 5:30 again.
