"Me says"-> There is always a reason to be cheerful. Look around you right now. You can easily find something in any situation to give you reason to smile.


"Myself says"-> Hey -- Prozac *will* brighten your days!


"I says"-> The sun is shining and there is plenty of good water in the cooler.


*grinz* all in all have to take life lightly, otherwise, well lets just say the world is one might BIG PLACE, and I don't feel like being swallowed up in that DARK HOLE!!!.
Cause da boogie man might get me.

Since your a fit guy is it wise to be drinking beer and eating twinkies lol? Midnite my family, the greatest gift God has given me, makes me understand the goodness of His generousity, that is what makes me smile the very fact that, I have them.....everything eles follows.:)

Lorena, yes I am very fit, but I can also eat whatever I want because I run, I am a competing powerlifter, and am very physically active. I do have to party sometimes!!! :D

midnight...good thread=) Think that 'happiness' is a CHOICE we make everyday when we look in the mirror...it really is a 'count your blessings thing". Even when things are *****=), i have five healthy, loving children...a home and all that goes with that...a job that ive done all of my adult life and STILL LIKE=)....even if Im TIRED...OR life not giving me 'roses'...=) i STILL wake up everyday and know that God has blessed me a thousand-fold....im not rich by societal standards of wealthy..but i am rich by the life i have.

AND wut floats my boat....a cloudless evening with lots of stars...standing in Alaska and viewing the Aurora...riding on the ferry from port angeles, WA to BC and watching the seagulls and the rainbows...those are PRICELESS...just wish i had a mastercard=) mhmmm...thinking too, it's been a while since i've had twinkies...maybe that on the grocery list this week=)

Twinkies have a shelf life of 25 years!

Yesterday I found out that a plant next to the bus station in my village is full of ladybugs. I think they are there because their favorite insects laid their eggs there. There are dozens of them, some are still babies, with just one or two black spots.

For some obscure reason, Ladybugs make me happy.

My cats and dogs make me cheerful and happy. I love talking to my cats and they are smart too. They make me laugh and smile. When I am on the pc, I let my cats listen to online music like jazz, opera, 80's, heavy metal and rock while they are on the kitchen table.

What makes me happy is when my 8 yr nephew tells me he loves me so much he's thinks he's going to explode out of his fruit of the looms....
lol...cracks me up every time.

What makes me happy, is that I'm older now and have an incredible sense of self worth I didn't have when I was younger.

Finally being at a job that I like with super co-workers and great friends and family.
