Boards being weird again

Am I the only person that can't get to the user CP or the main page? Well, at least I can get to the posts, so that's something :)

yeah we can't get around the way we need to and bigbri actually WANTS to post himself and I can't log out.

Yes, you can Nessa - - - so far the only thing we can't get to is the Main Board Page and the User CP as far as I can tell.

If BigBri wants to post you need to hit the reply button to the post he want to reply to. When the reply page pops up at the top you can log you out and then log him in.

If you want to jump to the om/yw forum you have to do that with the forum jump at the bottom of the page.

I have bookmarked the ow/ym main forum page and then you can get here if you close down.

It's been like this since yesterday morning.

They really do need to look at a new server or something. It's a great board . . . only problem is half the time we can't get to it!

WH, you won't be able to change your birthday anyway, mine is correct on my profite when I input the data, but when I go to see what is that we read, I still have this strange date of birth there...dec 31 1969.

Hello, I'm new here and was wondering the same thing about the boards. Thought I had done something wrong! But glad to see it's not just me having troubles. I'm looking forward to getting to know people and perhaps find a YM of my own!! Also was wondering how to post a pic.. can anyone help?? Thanks.

HERE is the problem:

When using Netscape, you cannot access the main boards or the user cp sections.
But with Internet Explorer you can fully access everything.

is the server configured for Netscape users as well?

Youngguy, I have Explorer and I can't access everything...have you tried to access http://www.agelesslove.com/boards/index.php?s= with success?

Youngguy -- I am using Explorer and I am having the same problem everyone else is. But as I said above, I have only found two locations I can't get to and the only one of those that is aggravating is that we can't check our PM's.

Safari user. Only people using Mac OS Jaguar can use that, and it's still a beta. But until just a few days ago, I could do anything, as long as the boards were up.

Try now, it should be working which includes birth dates and so forth. Let me know if there is still a problem by emailing admin@agelesslove.com

Basically, we have been having database problems for months now and all Vbulletin boards are experiencing the same problems. Mysql updated their software and a lot of programs are no longer compatible including our database. The fix is not available yet but should be soon. When the database goes down, I have to manually fix it but this time both the forums and CP area went down. I fixed the forum but didn't realize that the CP was down as well. Sorry.

Wow - I didnt realize I missed this place so much till I couldnt get to it!!! I havent been able to get in for 3 or 4 days :( But, if no one else could either, then I guess there arent many new posts lol. Guess we got alotta catching up to do ;) This is my home away from home, so its good to be back...
